In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "crowdwin," "we," "us," "our" refers to the crowdwin platform, its operators, licensees, and affiliated entities responsible for operating the website at crowdwin.app.
• "Platform" means the crowdwin website, mobile-optimized interface, Progressive Web App (PWA), game lobby, sportsbook, payment system, and all associated features accessible at crowdwin.app.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual user on the crowdwin Platform.
• "Player," "You," "User" refers to any natural person who has registered an Account on the crowdwin Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player using Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, Maya, bank transfer, or other accepted payment methods, held in the Player's crowdwin Account.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits, bonus funds, free spins, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account by crowdwin under a specific promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wager" means a bet placed by a Player on any game or sporting event offered through the crowdwin Platform using Real Money Balance or eligible Bonus Balance.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed on the crowdwin Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction other than the Philippines, or any Philippine jurisdiction in which online gambling is specifically restricted by law or regulation.

By accessing the crowdwin Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies, rules, or guidelines published on the Platform (collectively, the "Agreement").

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease accessing the crowdwin Platform and must not create an Account. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with English language legal conventions. Where any translation exists, the English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict or ambiguity.

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register a crowdwin Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

• You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations governing minimum gambling age;
• You are a resident of the Philippines with a valid Philippine mobile number;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any other party;
• You have not previously held a crowdwin Account that was suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms;
• You are not the subject of any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by crowdwin, PAGCOR, or any other gaming regulatory authority.

3.2 Registration Process

To create a crowdwin Account, you must provide a valid Philippine mobile number and/or email address, create a password meeting crowdwin's security requirements, and confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.1. By submitting the registration form, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual is strictly permitted to hold only one (1) crowdwin Account. If crowdwin determines that a Player holds or has attempted to register multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different contact details — crowdwin reserves the right to suspend all associated Accounts, void any pending Wagers, and permanently forfeit any Account balances.

crowdwin is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. This is a legal and regulatory obligation that crowdwin takes seriously, both to protect Players and to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) requirements.

4.1 Documents Required

To complete KYC verification, you will be required to submit a clear, legible photograph or scan of at least one of the following Philippine government-issued identity documents:

• Philippine Passport;
• Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver's License;
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID);
• Social Security System (SSS) ID;
• PhilSys National ID;
• Voter's ID issued by COMELEC;
• Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID.

4.2 Verification Timeline

crowdwin aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24 hours of receiving a complete document submission. Complex cases requiring enhanced due diligence may take up to 72 hours. Players will be notified of their verification status via their registered mobile number or email address.

4.3 Consequences of Non-Verification

Players who have not completed KYC verification may deposit and play, but will not be permitted to withdraw funds from their crowdwin Account until verification is completed and approved. crowdwin strongly recommends completing KYC immediately after registration — before placing any Wagers — to avoid delays when requesting a withdrawal.

4.4 Enhanced Due Diligence

crowdwin reserves the right to request additional verification documentation from any Player at any time, including but not limited to proof of source of funds, proof of address, or a certified copy of the Player's identity document. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and restriction of withdrawal access until compliance is achieved.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your crowdwin Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. crowdwin will never ask you for your full password or OTP codes via any communication channel.

You must immediately notify crowdwin's customer support team if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized access to your Account, any compromise of your login credentials, or any suspicious activity in your Account transaction history.

crowdwin will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, or from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your own negligence in maintaining account security. This includes losses arising from the sharing of your password, failure to log out on shared devices, or failure to enable available two-factor authentication.

crowdwin accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following methods:

All funds deposited into your crowdwin Account must belong to you personally and must originate from a payment account registered in your name. Third-party deposits — where a payment is made from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension.

crowdwin does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, certain payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, for which crowdwin bears no responsibility. Players are advised to review applicable fees with their payment provider before transacting.

crowdwin reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or associated with criminal activity.

7.1 General Conditions

Players may request a withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC identity verification has been completed and approved;
• The Player has met any applicable bonus wagering requirements on their current Account balance;
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to the chosen payment method;
• The Player's Account is in good standing and not subject to any restriction, investigation, or suspension;
• The withdrawal destination account is registered in the Player's own name.

7.2 Processing Times

7.3 Right to Verify

crowdwin reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending additional identity verification, source-of-funds investigation, or review of betting activity patterns. Players will be notified of any such hold within 24 hours and will be informed of the documentation required to resolve the hold.

crowdwin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in each individual promotional offer:

• Bonuses are only available to Players who have completed Account registration and, where applicable, KYC verification;
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• Bonus wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted;
• Different game categories contribute differently to bonus wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute a lower percentage, as specified in individual bonus terms;
• crowdwin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Changes to active bonuses will be communicated to affected Players via their registered contact details;

9.1 RNG Certification

All RNG-based games offered on the crowdwin Platform use certified Random Number Generator technology independently audited by recognized testing laboratories. 9.2 Game Availability & Interruptions

crowdwin makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous game availability. In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during an active Wager, the round will be resolved based on crowdwin's game provider protocols. Where a round cannot be completed or resolved, the applicable Wager amount will be credited back to the Player's Real Money Balance.

9.3 Sportsbook Rules

Sports betting on the crowdwin Platform is governed by the specific sportsbook rules published in the Sports section of the Platform. In general terms: all bets are final once confirmed, odds shown are subject to change before confirmation, and events abandoned or not completed within the applicable resolution window may be voided. crowdwin reserves the right to void bets where a market error is identified, regardless of whether the bet has been settled.

9.4 Maximum Payout

crowdwin applies maximum payout limits per game and per account per day. Maximum payout limits vary by game type and are specified in the relevant game rules. Payout limits apply to total winnings per single session or event, as applicable. crowdwin reserves the right to pay out winnings above the maximum payout limit in tranches over multiple business days.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the crowdwin Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering an Account while under 21 years of age, or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age;
• Registering or operating more than one crowdwin Account;
• Using false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC;
• Depositing funds sourced from fraudulent, unauthorized, or criminal activity;
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any illegal financial transaction;
• Employing artificial intelligence tools, automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with or play games on the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature — such issues must be reported to crowdwin support immediately upon discovery;
• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker, bingo, or live dealer games;
• Placing bets designed primarily to exploit bonus wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure ("bonus abuse");
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable local law;
• Sharing Account login credentials with any other person, or allowing any other person to play on your Account.

A crowdwin Account is classified as dormant when no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. The following consequences apply to dormant Accounts:

• crowdwin will send a notification to your registered email address or mobile number before any dormancy classification is applied, allowing you to log in and maintain an active Account status;
• After classification as dormant, crowdwin may deduct an inactivity administration fee from the Account balance on a monthly basis, in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform at the time of dormancy classification;
• No inactivity fee will reduce a dormant Account balance below zero — if the balance reaches zero, no further fees will be charged;
• Players may reactivate a dormant Account at any time by logging in and completing any updated KYC requirements. Any remaining balance at the time of reactivation will be available for play or withdrawal;
• Accounts dormant for a period exceeding thirty-six (36) months with a zero balance may be permanently closed.

crowdwin is committed to providing a safe gambling environment and actively promotes responsible gaming practices among all Filipino Players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all crowdwin Account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via Account Settings. Limits take effect immediately and can be reduced at any time. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session duration limits. Once the limit is reached, the session is ended and the Player is logged out automatically.

• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary self-exclusion (minimum 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion from the crowdwin Platform. During a self-exclusion period, the Account is suspended and the Player cannot register a new Account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Account Closure: Players may permanently close their crowdwin Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be paid out to the Player's verified payment account within 10 business days.

All content on the crowdwin Platform, including but not limited to the brand name "crowdwin," logos, design elements, website layout, game interfaces, written content, graphics, software code, and any other materials ("Proprietary Content"), is the intellectual property of crowdwin or its duly licensed third-party providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any Proprietary Content; modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Platform or any game software; use any content from the Platform for commercial purposes; or remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

Any unauthorized use of Proprietary Content will result in immediate termination of your license to use the Platform and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, crowdwin, its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and game providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if crowdwin has been advised of the possibility of such damages;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform access, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure events, or any other cause;
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game outcomes where the RNG has functioned correctly and no software error has occurred;
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security;
• Any actions taken by crowdwin in good faith pursuant to its AML, KYC, or responsible gaming obligations, including temporary holds on withdrawals pending verification;
• Financial losses arising from participation in gambling activities on the Platform — all gambling involves financial risk, and Players are solely responsible for the consequences of their wagering decisions.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude crowdwin's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by crowdwin's gross negligence, or any other liability which cannot be excluded by applicable law.

crowdwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Players' rights or obligations — crowdwin will provide at least seven (7) days' notice before the amended Terms take effect, by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered Players via their registered contact details.

For minor or administrative amendments that do not materially affect Players' rights, the updated Terms will take effect upon publication on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the crowdwin Platform after any amended Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

crowdwin operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the crowdwin Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to them in their jurisdiction of residence. crowdwin makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in all locations from which it may be accessed.

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
